Jason Lyell, CEO |
Jason Lyell brings 12 years of Broadcast, Media Management, Training/Support, and Project Lead experience to any project. Mr. Lyell owns and operates a video production company formed in 2001, Digital Video Productions, LLC. The broadcasting career started in 1996 as a Production Assistant for CNN Sports Illustrated in Atlanta, GA. From that point forward, the career focus has leaned toward the technical aspects for television broadcasting networks. Mr. Lyell has worked very closely with engineering staffs, assisting with the planning, development, and implementation of MAM systems, provided written training documentation and workflows, developed testing plans, delivering training, and providing multi leveled support. Mr. Lyell has been involved and provided a key technical role in several broadcast launches such as CNNSI, Time Warner Center, Pinnacle Edit installation for Atlanta Media Operations, Apple/B4M installation in DC, Fox Business Channel launch, and the Weather Channel HD upgrade/launch. His strengths are working closely with engineering staffs and user groups, managing projects, testing, providing workflow analysis and support, and he brings years of expertise in editing applications, with an emphasis on Final Cut Pro.
In 2001 Mr. Lyell formed Digital Video Productions, LLC. As owner of the company, DVP specializes in various forms of video productions ranging from Corporate, Event, Home Tour, and Wedding Videography. All video is shot and edited in HDV format, and DVP uses a complete Apple based workflow solution and output to DVD in various web formats. In 2007, DVP was hired to shoot and edit Jane Fonda’s 70th birthday party and selected for a third straight year to cover Bert’s Big Adventure/Q100 sponsorship video. Media Strategy Partners selected Mr. Lyell/DVP in May 2007 to cover the Project Management role for the Weather Channel HD upgrade in Atlanta, GA., managing overall schedules, developing workflows, testing, training, and developing support strategy. DVP also provided testing, training and support for the Fox Business Channel launch in New York in late summer of 2007. |
Wallace Braud, Partner |
Wallace Braud - With over 25 years of video, film, consulting, and event production , Wallace brings a wide array of experience to any media production assignment. Having shot, produced, and edited programming ranging from entertainment to corporate identity across the U.S. and in many countries overseas, his forte is effective, creative solutions for a client’s communications needs, always with the goal of exceeding their expectations. Even while working on his degree in Broadcast Communications, he began his career as an associate producer at the PBS affiliate, KUHT, owned by the University of Houston. The next step, after college, was as the V.P. of Production for the Episcopal Radio & TV Foundation (now Episcopal Media Center) in Atlanta, GA. Through contacts there, Wallace then spent 5 years as Director of Media Production for Habitat for Humanity International, which included starting and managing their media production center. Throughout those years, Wallace has consulted on and contributed his skills as a creative problem solver to the design and installation of three production facilities; numerous video installations for churches, companies, and museums; and helped produce a wide variety of live corporate and organizational events. Since the late 80’s, home has been Chattanooga, where he managed the creative departments for three production companies and is starting his sixth year as a director, cameraman, and editor working for a number of independent producers, many large U.S. based corporations, and the networks. Wallace’s work spans the gamut from drama to documentary and just about everything in between; projects which have garnered almost two dozen local and national awards.

Jonathan Nye, Partner |
Jonathan Nye - Jonathan has been in the film and video industry since 1993. He gratuated from GA State University with a Bachlors in Film and Video. His first job out of school was working for a local post production company named Peachtree Post. He there learned the skills to shoot and edit almost any project. Jonathan has also worked in LA editing for Fox Sports Net and Turner Networks. His positive attitude and dedicated work ethics are a valuable asset to our team. |
Grant Letizia, Video Production Assistant |
Grant Letizia - While earning his bachelor’s degree in communications, Grant began to garner work in event, wedding, non-profit and documentary film. Since graduating, he passionately serves the high-end video needs of clients both in Atlanta and the surrounding areas. A true technology enthusiast, Grant also approaches people with energy and enjoys treating clients to superior customer service, fast project turnaround, and a personal touch. |
